M&A advisory · Valuation · AI strategy

We keep companies growing.

We help owners of privately held companies, typically $10M to $100M and above in revenue, understand what their business is worth, put AI to work to grow it, and sell on their own terms when the time is right.

02 · AI strategy and implementation

AI strategy for owner-operated companies.

We identify where AI tools will lower costs or grow revenue in your company, choose them independently, guide your team and vendors through implementation, and measure the results.

The same work makes the company worth more to a buyer: documented systems and earnings that grow faster than headcount.

  1. 01AssessWhere time and cost go today, and what the software you already pay for can do.
  2. 02SelectAn independent shortlist and roadmap, scored on cost, revenue and risk. No vendor commissions.
  3. 03ImplementSetup, integration and training with your team and vendors, plus a written usage and data policy.
  4. 04MeasureMonthly results against a day-one baseline: hours saved, cycle times, margin.

Where it pays most often

  • Quoting and proposals
  • Receivables and payables
  • Scheduling and reporting
  • Sales follow-up
  • Customer service
  • Capturing the owner’s knowledge

03 · Client portal and data room

A secure data room, run by the firm.

Every client has a private portal for the deal tracker, document requests and agreements. Diligence runs in our own virtual data room, and every process starts anonymous.

05 · Principals

Two principals on every engagement.

The two people who sign the engagement letter run the valuation, the buyer approach and every diligence call themselves. Nothing is handed to junior staff, and the firm takes a limited number of mandates at a time.

06 · Questions

Common questions.

Entirely. There is no fee, no filing, no listing and no record outside this firm. We do not name clients, before a transaction or after one.

The first conversation, including an Opinion of Value, costs nothing. Sale and acquisition mandates are quoted per engagement. Advisory and AI work is fee-based and scoped in writing before it starts.

Most owners who call are not. Keeping the company is a legitimate outcome, and the valuation, succession and AI work stands on its own.

Buyers first see a one-page teaser with no name, location or customer detail. The memorandum is released buyer by buyer against a signed confidentiality agreement, and diligence runs in a data room the firm controls, with every page watermarked and logged.

Start with a free Opinion of Value.

A written range for what the company is worth today, and the items holding that number down. No fee and no obligation.
